About Us  Complete Custom Cabinets was created in 2001 by Owner/Operator Scott Bennett. The mission of this new company was to provide not only a quality product, but equally as important, top quality customer service.The easiest way to accomplish these goals was to keep the company small, keeping things as simple and uncomplicated as possible. When you make a phone call to Complete Custom Cabinets, you not only get an actual person on the other line, you get Scott himself. The owner not only oversees all phases of the sales process, but is hands on throughout the entire production process, and will be in most cases on site during the installation of the final product. Any questions that arise during the production of your custom cabinet order can easily be answered with a simple phone call to Scott. Unlike the larger companies, who are more concerned with volume sales and the bottom line, Complete Custom Cabinets central focus is making a well built, high quality product, while making the whole process as easy as possible for the customer. Custom service, unfortunately, is just not taken into account as much these days, especially in larger cities where the customer seems to get "lost" in the process.
